Sustainable pulling motion of an active scatterer

چکیده

In this paper, we concern the generation of attractive net motion with respect to location external wave source for active spherical carriers. Here recall that exerted acoustic radiation force in an field resulting from incident wave, a scattered and radiated carrier, can be positive, negative, or zero based on object field. Thus, general case, sustainable pulling is not guaranteed. work, by considering point average single mode, over complete wavelength, equal applied passive (which always positive), put forward technique generate negative wavelength ensure attractive. The idea here simultaneously excite two modes breathing first, difference phase excitations. We will also show controlling difference, zero. Moreover, specific differences only but itself never experiences positive value whole at those differences, which desired state achieve perfect motion. formulation paper developed velocity distribution surface sphere, implementation method piezoelectric actuators suggested. Here, setting zero-radiation (i.e., function cancellation) as reasonable criterion determination required amplitude operation voltage, calculate averaged vs frequency difference. current hope achieving maneuverability extends concept manipulation smart carriers reinforces literature beam handling techniques.

Evaluation of Early Active Controlled Motion in Flexor Tendon Repair

Objectives: The objective was to determine the results of early active controlled motion in the patients rehabilitated by our new protocol. Methods: 91 fingers in 64 patients with flexor tendon repair in all zones were enrolled in a single group (quasi-experimental) clinical trial. 58 fingers in 43 patients were assessed at least three months postoperatively. Outcomes were defined using the ...

An Approach to Persistent Scatterer Interferometry

This paper describes a new approach to Persistent Scatterer Interferometry (PSI) data processing and analysis, which is implemented in the PSI chain of the Geomatics (PSIG) Division of CTTC. This approach includes three main processing blocks. In the first one, a set of correctly unwrapped and temporally ordered phases are derived, which are computed on Persistent Scatterers (PSs) that cover ho...

Motion Tracking with an Active Camera

This work describes a method for real-time motion detection using an active camera mounted on a padtilt platform. Image mapping is used to align images of different viewpoints so that static camera motion detection can be applied. In the presence of camera position noise, the image mapping is inexact and compensation techniques fail. The use of morphological filtering of motion images is explor...

Motion planning and control for Hilare pulling a trailer

| This paper 0 deals with motion planning and control for mobile robots. The various components of an integrated architecture for the mobile robot Hilare pulling a trailer are presented. The nonholonomic path planner is based on an original steering method accounting for the small-time controllability of the system. Then the path is transformed into a trajectory by including the dynamical const...

Pulling apart catalytically active Tn5 synaptic complexes using magnetic tweezers.

The Tn5 transposase is an example of a class of proteins that move DNA sequences (transposons) via a process called transposition. DNA transposition is a widespread genetic mobility mechanism that has profoundly affected the genomes of nearly all organisms. We have used single-DNA micromanipulation experiments to study the process by which Tn5 DNA transposons are identified and processed by the...
